The Shops at Maple Croft in Lancaster PA invite you to learn how to make a Floorcloth! 

We'll be having a one day-class on how to make a 2"x3" floorcloth for you home.

The class is April 10, 2010.  The Shops at Maple Croft is located at 701 Penn Grant Road in Lancaster PA 17602.

All supplies are included, with the exception of the finish coat, which is done at home.  Students have a choice to make either a Diamond Floorcloth or a Stenciled Design Floorcloth.

Bring a brown bag lunch.  Drinks and dessert will be provided.

Tuition is $125.00  Please contact Michele Hollick with your design choice (diamonds or stenciled).

Class Descriptions: Everything you want to know on how to make a Floorcloth!  Learn tricks of the trade from SALI Certified Stenciler Michele Hollick, who has been making floorcloths for almost 30 years!

Participants will make two floorcloths:  the first will be a stenciled design; the second will be either a marbled diamond or an antiqued diamond design.

Above costs include canvas and paints.  Brushes will be furnished.  Copies of stencils are available for use; PLEASE confirm stencil availability prior to June 16.  Other stencils will be available for purchase. 

You will be responsible for purchasing and applying finish when you get home.
